Diet and Exercise
Salads are your best friends. We rarely use carbs when we make them. Croutons are carbs. You choose what to put in your salad.

Remember: Carbs are a no-no. It's difficult to not eat sugar, milk, bread, potatoes, corn, and rice. If you choose NOT to eat them, GREAT! They're bad for your diabetes but discuss this with your doctor or registered dietician or nutritionist. Living Well with Diabetes has its own dietician to assist.
