We believe people deserve more than being told, “Your blood sugar is too high.” They deserve to understand what their numbers mean, what they can do about them, and where they can turn for help.

Our mission is to empower individuals, families, and communities with the knowledge, resources, and support needed to prevent diabetes when possible, improve diabetes self-management, and reduce the risk of serious complications.
